I just spoke to Chrispy. Monkeyman has been discharged, he is obviously a bit shaken as one would be if you took a trip through a windscreen, but doing ok all in all. The bike is doing ok as well, seems as though only the back wheel took some hammering

Please think of Monkeyman and Mr & Mrs Chrispy - Monkeyman had a freak accident this afternoon, crashed into a car right in front of their home. His face is badly cut up. Going into theater later tonight! Fortunately nothing broken.

mallo -- at the telkom race this weekend - the comm was very strict with the elite bunch keeping to the left side. As they came past me, he warned them and threatened to stop the race if they don't keep left. Which I think he proceed to do ... and then they restarted. So --- its not just a capie thing. (Whats more interesting to me -- is that they don't seem to moan about it ...)

On second thoughts, colonel -- isn't Tygerburger a co-sponsor of the event? Might be their photographers. There was definately one of them at the finish (with a luvvly long white lens .... )
