OK, lots of chirping last week with my ol' mate the verkleurmannetjie made me long for the good 'ol days - whahahaha. and not to hijack the said thread i decided to post this new one Who's in for a breakfast ride to Skelmbos from Andrag on saturday morning?? This will be a ride for all: the unfit(like me) the fatties (like me) the slow (like me) the rest (all of you) We'll be leaving promptly from Andrag, make a quick trek up 'ou helshoogte' and stop at the M&B for a coffee and a quick breakfast. Not going to post an estimate speed or distance as this will be a social ride. we going to ride as a group according to the slowest rider MTB, track bikes, roadbikes, bmx's, unicycles, whatever-float-your-boat-bikes, all are welcome depending on how many and from where everyone is coming from i'll decide on a starttime wonder if racman is still alive - anyone know? En die Skelmbos ride klink vir my al meer na 'n wenner: 1X ry al 7:00 uit Milkbushbeach en kry ons by Andrag, waarna hy ons pace tot voor die klein heuweltjie, waar ons stop, toutjies uithaal en aan sy fiets vasmaak. Hy sleep ons teen die bultjie uit. SIEN, 2 VLIEE MET 1 KLAP. Hy help ons deur ons bo te kry en return maak ons hom sterk vir sy EPIC!! Dan try ons in sy slip hou teen die bultjie af tot by die M&B, waar jy dan voortgaan om vir my 'n lekker GROOT brekfis te organize.Ek kan nie nog groter en onfikser raak nie, so hoe groter die brekfis hoe beter. 1X kannie brekfis kry nie, hy moet na sy epic figure kyk, miskien kan ons vir hom 'n bran muffin organize en 'n glas koue water. Thanx Swissvan for the advice i did the finger pressure test - no flexing (thats a relieve), but if i scratch over it with my nail i can definitely feel a 'crack' i did the coin tap, test, but seeing thats there is a 'crack' on both sides, its not real usefull i went to the bikeshop, who in turn called in a accesor, who had a look. initial reaction were that it might only be the clear coat they apply over the carbon. he took some photos and would have send it to the distrubutor. im awaiting feedback, but it doesnt sound like its that serious - real happy 'bout that!!! quickdraw, were did you do your x-rays? it almost makes more sense to do something like this, then just for one or two people to have a look at the frame!
