  3. We are quite a few MTB and road cyclists here in Maun, but we have no LBS. Just the local Indian fellow that can supply tubes, made in China. The makes is called: RELIABLE. Trust me, toilet paper is more reliable than these tubes!

  5. Ok, I have had MORE than enough of punctures and tubes. I want to change to tubeless, ASAP! Please help where to start as I live in Maun, Northern Botswana. (ie: No LBS here)
  6. I found that SLOWMAG works for the stiffness afterwards, but have tried it during an event. I just Voltaren, works for me!
  7. I was told the same, proper stretching before and after exercise and morning and evening. Aswell as anti-inflammatory drugs like, Norflex or Nurophen. Good luck! It sucks!

  9. Got my bike serviced and a few adjustments done at RIDE LIFE in George today. Just want to say thanks to Martin and his crew, awesome service from the time that we walked in until I fetched my MTB this afternoon. VERY afordable also! Will be back anytime! Thanks guys!

  15. Did a lekker 20 km MTB ride this morning, my normal morning ride and now back at work. BUT, a few days off from the 1st ! Driving a 1000 km on Friday and then another 1100 km on Saturday ! And then I do all of this all over again on the 13th and 14th !

  21. Definitly get some PEPPER SPRAY, if you get the correct can and nozzle it can spray accurately up to 8 metres! I'm glad so far (touch wood) we dont have this type of problem here in Northern Botswana. GOOD LUCK!
  22. Apparently the Piper Arrow aircraft lost power straight after take-off and landed back but did not sufficient space to stop and crashed through the boundary fence. Both pilot and co-pilot walked away from the crash unhurt. Well done to the pilot!
