All Bran in the morning, then fruit at around 10:30 for a snack (something like an apple or banana) then salad or tuna with por-vita for lunch. I started the thread and have been following it closely, I agree there is ALWAYS three side's to a story ( yours, mine and the truth). Fact of the matter is that the lady was left behind and there was no concern or assistance, not even from the support vehicle! It's CRAP and no excuses! By Puncture Girl...... I can tell you with 100% certainty that I have no interest in racing but that shouldn't mean that I cannot join a club and do something that I love!!! Good Morning I work in Maun, Northern Botswana as a bush pilot and also a serious MTB cyclist. Home is George in the Southern Cape and I will be there in Jan/Feb 2010 for a short break. Is there any novice events in the area that I could join in? Or even some group rides? I'm still a novice and I Love the sport!
