Okay so i start chemo again in 2 weeks for 6 weeks,that puts me out of any racing for this year,will give all of you a chance to catch up.

The tests are back,2 tumors found,both cancerous,will take it from here,still going to Namiba to ride.

Update,went for surgery yesterday,for 3 month check up,unfortunatly another growth was found,it has been sent for tests but will get results shortly ,i hope. In the meantime im going to Namiba on thursday to do 850 kms on mtb in 5 days,how cool is that.

im certainly not bragging about anything,all that i can offer you is an e mail from Ken confirming the incedent and a telephonic conversation from one of his friends confirming it,more that i dont have ,take it or leave ,or maybe try and be proactive so if maybe it is true we can prevent it happening to you one day

Ken admitted to knocking down cyclists as did one of his friends,and that other muldersdrift residents,it was however not always intentional and im sure was the cyclists fault in some cases ,Ken also admits to writing mail ,read the forum properly

There is intercub on the cradleroute this weekend,lets prove to the residents we can all use the roads together. Stay left,be pollite at all times we have more to lose if wee cant use this road.

Please this weekend anyone using the cradleroute ,be polite and obey all traffic rules. Reframe from releasing yourself on anyones property hold it in. Ride 2 abreast and keep as far left as possible.

I have spoken to a fried of Ken about the problum on cradleroute. They have some serious concerns which need to be addressed. 1. Please keep left. 2.Ride 2 abreast,not 3 or 4 or5,i have explained why we ride 2 abreast. 3.Dont pee on there fences. 4.Dont crap on there prvate property,would you like it if someone did it in your garden. 5.Please obey ALL traffic signs. Need i go on. I said that even if cyclists do disregard the rules of the road it does not give him or others to knockdown anyone,he agrees with me. So please as from today anyone using that cradleroute or anyother remember that there are other road users aswell.Those that have threated Ken in any way expact lawyers letters,you do not have the right to bomb his house ,poison his fish,post ads on gumtree,etc,as Ken cant threaten to knock down anyone. The residents of muldersdrift have promised to hold back any action for the time being,and i have give an undertaking to start communications between theparies concered end september when i come out of hospotal. SO RIDE SAFE AND BE POLITE

Alright i need everyone to calm down to a sprint,i have been in contact with Ken and he has some issues with cyclist on the cradle route. We are going to sit down and try and turn this into something positive ,so stop the calls,and threats of poisoning his fish,and all the other nasties ,i will try and get central gauteng invoved. I will also discuss our (my) issues with him as a concerned cyclist,the views mentined will mine and mine alone and i do not represent any club. Any input will be appriciated

Ken has emailed me directly and has promised to mobilise the community against us cyclist. Further more i have asked for the whole mail he has published,and that i would put it on the hub if he wants. I still want an explanation for he;s remarks that he has knocked down 2 cyclist and will do so again. Do we as cyclist approve of been knocked down,look what happened to Jeff and CYnthia this weekend whist on there way to there early morning ride . They were hit from behind on there tandum by a hit and run and landed up in ICU I have given Ken an oppurtunity to explain himself and am still set on laying charges on advice from my lawyers.

He's mail was confirmed to me by Ken,im not leaving it here and am seeking legal advise I from my lawyers,no threats to himself or family have been made by me,all i have asked him for is an apology,that still stands

I already asked him for an apology and was called "a colossal prick" the mail has been printed and sent to my lawyers,and have asked his advise on what charges i can lay.

Firstly thanks to everyone for all the messages and support it really helps,so i have had 6 weeks of chemo and have been feeling great,did rooiberge where i got 2nd place and magalies where i got 4 th so was starting to feel strong again but was waiting for my opperation on monday to get results of chemo treatment before i startedd training really hard again. unfortunatly during the opp they have found a new tumor in the bladder,and have removed it,i will now have to go for another 6 weeks of more aggresive treatment,so i wont be hurting anyone just as yet,so enjoy whist im gone ,cause ILL BE BACK

im a roadie and coming back from chemo did monster,hard ride indeeded,24th overall 4th vet very chuffed indeeded,getting to be a mtbiker ,one day

May it be lesson to those that say things they have no proof off ,well done for apologising

So have had 5 treatments of chemo so far,have one more to go ,and then still have to take it easy for 6 weeks,will be back sooner than later
