I appreciate each and every one of you who has voted, I can imagine these constant reminders getting a bit annoying for some. I promise this will be my last post... "till I win" I have e-mailed the organisers and all found out is that it is close between the top two finalists - I have reason to believe it is Adrienne(hockey girl) and I who are on top. I have a couple cying related goodies which I'm going to give to ramdom hubbers to say thanks. I take back what I said above! Buy a second hand bike though! Look on the hub or gumtree for a GT avalanche 1.0 2.0 or 3.0 They are very strong bikes and cheap to maintain. The 1.0 is the best followed bu the 2.0 and then the 3.0. You can get them for between R2000 and R4500. Look for one that hasnt been used much. Tip - Don't buy a new bike!!! You will get much better value for money if you buy second hand but in good condition. Also, the bike you get for R5000 will be a lot better than the bike you get for R4000. I write exams on Tuesday and Wednesday so am not on the net a lot at all but after then I'll do a proper search for you and find you bikes which will last.

Thanks!! She is doing her masters in Molecular Cell Biology, it is studied through Vetinary Science but deals with viruses in animals and humans. It's her passion and she works her butt off! She was recently offered another full scholoarship to do a second Masters and her PhD. Clever girl!

HAHA, it was my natural instinct to check out his bike. Very average Raleigh. My new 29er was sitting downstairs, had he got that I would not have been too pleased.
