Swat Ops company has elastic strap to clip pepperspreys on and fit on arm or ankle.

Swat Ops Peppersprey Fog has belt clip and you can get Velcro strap and put on arm so is always with you ,as first thing they pull you off bike and away from your spray (Fog you do not need to aim and effect is better then D/stream( which ONLY effect your eyes)

Hehe not really i lost my Vito keys last year on my commute to work somewhere in Linbro park,when i pull out my phone out to answer it (lesson learned don't put keys in same pocket as phone) went back to look for them straight away but couldn't`t find it.Still didn't get get new one ,just to get conformation from Merc what i need to order one was mission . Now i put keys in plastic bag in separate pocket from phone so i don't do it again.

Yes i did and was great only on few places i need to do 3rd gear (push) First two days 34x16 and then 32x 18,8 day 32x 20,and last day 32x18(could do with 16 lots of flats). i came 133 GC and 39 in my cat There was about 8 ss riders

Howzit just few words to you all i done my 1st race on my ridge SS baby and i love it. I booked 120km but didn't make cut of 5 h due my front wheel just didn't want stay pumped up.(maybe for better after i learned water points are gone )probably will be still riding there I hit big rock just before single track and from there just give me problems. that downhills are tough on arms and need to slow down and nourish my tier . Maybe just need put bigger ring on the back i run (32x 18)>still had energies to smile for pixs Any way felt strong on finish of 75Km 5,28h Cheers till next time

Well done that is riding If you don't mind to tell us how old are you ?Will be interesting to see so we can all get some tips from the expert Also how long you riding ,how often,what did you have for breki that day (just joking) By the way i am 48 years old Trying ride 6 times a week including commuting to work(+- 80km) Monday is rest day. Also i ride when i feel like it .I do not follow any program or training>race when i want or if is lekker race Using Endomondo when i grow up i want be like you Which do not happen all the time as i need drop\fetch kids from school if wife cant . I finishing my n 29 er SS, on one today at last got brakes and adapter for my carbon fork.will try it 94,7 on it same time or fasssterrrr........... Will post pics sa soon i can on SS 29er project cant wait keep pedaling guys
