My opinion what is point getting tracking system when you need it they not work.You are still paying for insurance(they give you crap like you saving on it) . I choose insurance which do not required it. Any way who cares about car as long you do not get hurt. Friend of my got hijack few moths back had tracking Matrix (you need press button when you star the bakkie otherwise they should phone you ). They drove him to nearest ATM to withdraw money lucky he didn't have card,as they switch car need to be started and normally buzzer sound and if you not press override they should phone you which they didn't(Buggers). That happen bout 14,00h they been driving around about 19,00h and same time beating him and trying to choke him with his tie .They left him at intersection R 24/R21 under bridge.He was tied up outside the bakiee trough the window,he was in such bad shape that couldn't stand anymore so was hanging on ropes. Luckily for him about 20,00h police spot him as they been driving on top of the bridge.He almost didn't make it how badly he was beaten. Matrix response why didn't respond on signal that is technical problem?????. Thief only took cell and GPS (or was cops). His father want take car but cops took it in impound to do finger prints(no powder on car at all)took him few day to get car back what a mission. So if tracking save you it is wort it but like in this case........ stuff them Sorry about English not my first language: Keep save and ride fast

Watched on DR Oz how to make energy drinks 250ml H2O,table spoon sugar,pinch of salt and wala .I suppose you can mix Oros instead sugar to taste better?. I use to use gels and energy drinks now make my own.when i started.If they sponsor me with it i will use it. I suppose is all in our head and instead train more. Why spend on energy crap (spend instead on bike parts) . Done Lion man without and of that just refreshment on the tabel and finished 4,23 H.

Been commuting from April to June 4 times a week Croydon to Sandton (Kramerville).Start riding again this week most riding is off road.Some nice up hills to make your stronger . Trough the Sabenza and(or trough the bundu to Modderfontein rd,Funders Hill,pass golf course,and Thornhill estate)under power lines to the Palliser rd all the way to Modderfontein rd,left to Greenstone,London rd to first robot off road ,next to road(at Pick@Pay depot),to off ramp London rd,trough the fence at Refuse depot,to the top of it and out trough the gate at bottom,Mallboro and then Kramerville.About 56min one way 18km. Ride is Cannondale scalpel 3.Tubeless .Got small back pack which convert to rain jacket.Do not have shower at work.I have set of cloths at work which i bring with car on Monday(swimming day)shorts and t shirt and Strops(sandals).I normaly wear until i remember to change them ,do i?? .No socks at work .Also helps i am self employed so i change time what time i ride to and back from work.Normally is like this 6am get up get triplets ready to school drop them about 7,15 there back home walk dogs and about 8am to work,(when i star to ride need have power nap as i was so tired)and 15,00 back home or so. Soon moving to Serengeti golf estate so ride will be about 29km one way.

Howzit Guys I using Ice lubricant on my MTB but comes in small bottle and is expensive is anything else we can use that comes in bigger bottles?? I normally wash with water after ride and than use Ice.Help is appreciated.

I ride my bikes with Swat all the time on me and also carry it at home. DO NOT ATTACH SPREY TO YOUR BIKE. Swat 45ml,60ml comes with metal belt clips which you can adjust so you can carry it on your shorts, bag strap ,camel strap and is with in your easy reach. I have been making Swat pepperspreys from 1994. Since then we have been supplying SAPS, metro cops ect.In that time I used it many times on the taxis, road rage and animals two and four legs. Please NOTE that if you use spray in anything else than self defense you need to go to the cops (lay a criminal charge) if not than you can be slap with criminal charges against you and Even if you get acquitted (not guilty) it could be very costly and a waste of time. I have been through that already. I have been sprayed a number of times mostly accidental then on purpose and I can assure you it is not pleasant, It instantly causes temporary blindness, difficulty in breathing, pain and disorientation. It is NON-LETHAL-CSIR-APPROVED. If you are sprayed you can?t open your eyes for about 15-45 minutes if you use water you can open it earlier depend on the person) and if is Fog and you take a breath of it your stomach feels like it is going out of you(same as when you have a babalas and you are puking and nothing comes out. Direct stream only works on your eyes (so you need to aim carefully) most of the cases here in SA we have more then one attackers, so if they surprised you and you As an average person riding your bike it is difficulty to spray all of them in the eyes. If you spray them on the skin it will burn but that won?t stop them from hurting you. Once you buy spray go outdoors and test it and make sure you are upwind. Then you should test every six months to see that it still works. You do not want to find out that is not working when you need it. Please do not bother with key ring sprays as they do not have the range and amount of spray to put few people down.
