Hey Buff, Did you remember to plaster up those nipples last night? ;-) Broke a spoke in my back wheel, AGAIN! Seriously pissing me off now, that's 4 now in the last 8 weeks or so. Need to take that wheel to Mark so he can sort it out. Are you still going out to Delvera today?

Alrighty then. You still going ahead with your knight ride tomorrow eve? I think my light is to sh*tty to even think about that, full moon or not. Will be heading out there again straight after work tomorrow.

Buff, What time are you going to head out for Zevenwacht today? I'm going after work, will be leaving around 5H30. Following the same route as we did but going up to the tower, down to the Spa, and back again.

Buff, If you're going to do that same route we did last time out you must be joking, right? I've got a dodgy little light which is just enough to be seen by (hopefully) motorists. If you've got a serious sh!t spare light lying around i'll consider it.

Like a breath of fresh air... Mints, i'll make a mental note. ;-) By the way, ask Buff to take you for a lap of that Zevenwacht effort they made us do on saturday. You said you were looking for some "technical" stuff somewhere/sometime. Ok, just saw the Maverick coming past. Think he went on to do another lap though, so we couldn't say hello.

So the ride was awesome. The Buffster showed me some track in Zevenwacht that i didn't even know existed, very cool! ;-) Met Dick, cool. From Zevenwacht cycle to Delvera to check out the 9-5. Met Peppermint Sauce while we were there, cool. Saw a rider on a blue Maverick bike coming past on one of the laps while we were standing there..... myself, Buff, and Popeye. Was it you Velouria?

Buff, After going down on my knees and some seriaaaas ass kissing i managed to twist his rubber arm! It's going to cost me 10kg's of biltong... donations will be accepted. See you guys tomorrow morning at 8am, the new Checkers, bottom of Protea Heights in "Brake-and-fall". ;-)

Buff, Once we're up past the tower i'm following you. Shouldn't there be fences marking off the farms anyways, or something? ;-) I'll tell him you said that. He thinks the ride is not going to be long enough, not enough training. So i suggested the following: Into Zevenwacht (behing golfcourse). Up to the tower, down other side and find a way further down to get to Bottelary. Bottelary to Delvera. Delvera back home over Polkadraai. Back into Zevenwacht at main entrance. Up to tower again? Down other side and back onto Bottelary, then back home. Or halfway up take the left and go back the way we came in behind the golfcourse??

Buffster, That's all still in Zevenwacht, the red line. What they going to do anyways, tell us to f(_)ck off? We just say we got lost, simple. Only way out would be to cycle anyways, unless they offer as a lift. ;-) Popeye is being difficult.... i'm still working on that situation. Will let you know what's happening.

Buff, How do we get from the end of the red line so that we come out at the yellow line?

I know u can get to the "Fischers Road' further down without a problem. Just though we could offraod even further down? So then onto the Bottelary Road to Delvera?

Thanks for pointing out my blondeness Buff! ;-) Zevenwacht, enter behind the golf course? Work our way up to the tower, down the other side? Do you know of any routes to keep going in the general direction of Stellenbosch - come out further down the Bottelary Road perhaps? We can meet at the Checkers parking area there in "Brake-and-Fall"?

Buff, I wouldn't mind but there is not a snowballs chance in hell that the "local goverment" will let me ride my bike all day long, even if i was crazy enough to do it. Not with the state that the garden (ie lawn) finds itself in at the moment. Raai wie sny gras saterdag... If i do join it certainly won't be for the whole race. What time does it start, etc etc?

Faan, Daai Shamals lyk nie so erg bling soos hulle op die fotos lyk nie. Ek het hulle al gesien, daai goud kleur is baie meer "mat" as "gloss" ... as ek dit nou so kan stel. Dink jy moet maar vir jou 'n stel kry! ;-)
