I couldn't find anything on 2 cyclists that were killed. The closest incident I found was the motorcycle accident where 2 people were killed. THe driver was a policeman.

I wanna know why they have the 'finish' line 10 meters before the timing mat. If you in a sprint for 1st place you have to sprint to the timing mats and not the finish line and then you have to brake very hard on the timing mats so that you chip gets recorded.
