MTB has exploded and there are more and more weekend warriors on the trails. What's next - commuters, cruisers?? Maybe in CT or Durbs - but what about JOZI?? I'm dying to get my hands on a hot cruiser, but where do you ride it? Would cycling lanes work in Jozi or would they become Taxi lanes, and you'll end up cruising for a bruising?

There is a slight adjustment but nothing major, you are able to move the seat on the centre mounted bar - perfect for a commuter.

Had to pull out of Clarens at the last minute, but keen for a good race tomorrow - any suggestions?

I think that the rear mounted seats are a thing of the past. Centre/front mounted is definitely the way forward - safer, more stable, lighter and you can interact with the little one. I recommend the Weeride - it's light, has a three piece harness and is even equipped for when the little one falls asleep.

Where can I find the best deals on Cannondale - looking for a good price on a Cannondale Flash 1 29er. I was going to have a look at Westdene but that seems to have gone up in smoke! Any advice would be much appreciated.

Hi all, As per the title - what do I need to measure on the frame to give me the size of the frame? I.E where do you get the measurements of 53cm or 58cm etc.. I hope this makes sense

Compliments to the organisers of Saturdays Nissen Diamond rush event - what an awesome route, will definately be back next year! That's my rave, now for my rant - one of the farmers (German) shut his gates and told us that no one had arranged for us to ride on his farm - after a bit of convincing he eventually let us through. Secondly, it wasn't pleasant having to ride through sewerage coming up to the finish line. But all in all a great event and series thus far.

I agree regarding timing - I rode the Marathon and bust my ass to get a decent time. After the results eventually coming out - it places me in the half marathon with a totally different time?? We spend a lot of time, money and effort doing these races and expect to have accurate results especially due to the new seeding index!!! I have queried and hope this gets resolved ASAP.
