    Any of you guys use 32Gi products? I just found out that 32Gi's recovery protein shake consists of 95% pea protein. Pea Protein is an intermediate fast digesting protein for complete absorption & stability Gluten, Soy, Egg and Lactose Free but not 'milk' free.

    This solution is amazing to reduce CO2. But can't reduce CH4/methane in any way as trees only absorb CO2. I think its great when cattle eat in grasslands and eat what's leftover of a dead/dying crop. They then get rid of the stuff humans can't consume. World hunger can be partially solved if most of our grains and crops didn't go into livestock feed.

    I can really do without it. I'm not as keen with cycling as I was last year, my brother did track and road and used supplements as he was training 21 hours a week last year. I want to do more weight lifting and build muscle. I do feel that a shake can give anyone a bit of a boost but is totally unnecessary. I don't even take a full serving as I easily 'eat' 50grams of protein per day without the shake.

    My brother baught this shake for us today. I've used it before. It's really high in protein so I just take half a serving.
