Anyone that can tell me If I cycle from Durbanville Race Course on the Tygerberg rd Is there a shortcut to Majic through a farm or do you have to go around to Jip de Jager rd

Ok feedback after yesterdays ride at Hillcrest Except for the hart attack just to get to the top its very nice to go down again. (best view on top) I like it, a good exercise ride, Smaak the bridge thats going over the fence, and the two drops in the bush also nice. I must definitely getting more fit

Can anyone tell me till what time can you enter at Hillcrest to cycle?(weekdays)

He freeze the fish keep it here for a day or two waiting for a truck transport it up to JHB Pretoria areas keep it frozen for another few days before defrosting it and sell it as fresh fish

It is dramatic to see such an accident but to hang up your road bike for mountain bike to be hit by a pipe over your head again no where you are safe so enjoy your road and mtb while you can and don't let bad things put you off riding There are so many cyclist and the number of deaths are little in comparison

I would like to see whats your opinion about stretching before exercising. 1. Some people claims that you must warm up your muscles and then you stretch before you do your training others claim 2. Only warm up exercises before you do your training don't stretch, only after exercising or practicing.

I think I must go early and chat to a few guys there before I start. Is Jonkers a popular ride? I wound be the only out there.

No this sounds hectic I rather just do one of them But some friends say Jonkers can not be approach alone for the first time. Why would they make a statement like that? I'm sure I will be able to do it safely and I suppose that there will be other rides too

I'm going to Stellenbosch this weekend what is the best ride there Eden or Jonkershoek I probably going to be alone and don't know these tracks at all

this is unreal I love riding there and makes me scary to know the crooks are tackling us now where it use to be very safe
