great pics and great day I went pass the roadblock and get to the point where the riders went on the tar road up Bainskloof Some of the riders looked so good up that hill but some were very bad and had to do another +/- 80km to finish line, I felt sorry for them but the spirit is awesome

Are there any people that can tell me how accurate the VO2 max reading is. I would like to know if your VO2 max are higher than 70 (on my polar) is it good and what will a top athlete's reading be (like a Bary Stander) Its a new gadget that my wife bought me and I'm playing with it but don't have a clue what all this means

I asked myself the question How many hours a week do I watch something on DSTV and it comes to 10 hours a month so it cost about R50/hour watching TV I think its expensive and rather cancel my DSTV services
