i would like to know daniel coyles thoughts as he has been was the author for amrstrong tour de force and now hamiltons secret race. 2 quite different sides,

started reading bad blood last night actually, pretty good so far. with all the quotes and excerpts (in secret race) from other riders/coaches who happen to be 8 of the 9 collaborating with USADA i dont see how armstrong is gonna wangle his way out of this one. its is quite ridiculous how much they were injecting into themselves, probably more than a heroin addict does. for those who havent read it, its a must read.

use dcb logistics, they pack it up infront of you and delivered on time and collect. for about 650. there is about 7 of us doing it with them if you wanna join in, u more than welcome to. saves the schlep of trying to fit bike box in rent a car etc. esp if u there is three of u with bike boxes, means extra rent a car. its free on kulula by the way and you can drop off at airport few days before.

yes, i can strongly recommend cycling plus mag from the uk, can buy it at CNA, not cheap, but well worth it. alot cheaper if you buy from them in the uk.cycling plus is bike radar magazine.

just bought a 96 3000-d carbon and its awesome, both sick bikes but from what i have heard scotts are more maintenance and obviously merida looks way hotter!!!! viva merida booyakasha
