  1. Personally for Mountain Biking i find the SDG Bel Air the most comfortable saddle ive ever sat on. With Ti rails and Kevlar Side panels its very tough and not too heavy either. They have some new I-Beam system with a seatpost and saddle integrated (I seem to remember seeing them on some of the new Raleighs??) but i have the traditional Ti-railed saddle. Anyone out there use this system? how does it hold up, and how hard is adjustment etc? Oh and it comes in a whole heap of colours and designs. Perfect to pimp your ride!! http://www.sdgusa.com/images/traditional/belairs200strip.jpg
  2. Does anyone know a shop that can do a decent job of servicing a Hope M4 brake system? I have had it done by a supposedly good shop before, and they did a really poor job of bleeding and servicing it. <?:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> Is there any one in SA bringing Hope components in to the country, and if so are there any official service agents? Also I had some Goodridge braided hydraulic hoses fitted to one of my bikes while I lived in the <?:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" />UK, and the difference was amazing. Does anyone in know if they are available here in SA?
  3. Tacx Flow indoor trainer measures power. Also its reasonably quiet. Ive had mine since last winter and im very happy with it. Did all my jock training on it. Just remember that trainers eat tires, so do yourself a favour and get that orange conti plastic training tire when you buy your trainer. (And then maybe a spare set of wheels so you dont have to keep changing tires!)
