This is tragic!! That M4 is SO dangerous, but its one of the few good flat places in Durban to train. i often used to go out and ride it on my own at 5am, The trucks dont care they pass you with inches to spare and at 80km/h+! Why cant they just ban them on that stretch of road, and sort out something with the toll operator?? how many lives is it going to take!! My condolences to the families, and to all the cyclists that use that road, please be careful!

nope, mine is working fine. where are you changing it? on the little button with the clock and the arrow, or in the curve properties, under the general tab? (prob the exact same result?) have you uninstalled and reinstalled? if that doesnt make a diff then i would just go back to the previous version that worked.

go to Options-Person Properties-Sports, then select the sport you want to change (Cycling or what ever you have called it), then edit, and click the drop down box for "Pace". default is automatic. Then justy change it back to KM/H. that fixed mine.

Thanks guys for your input! Ill try take it in for a battery change asap. Tried changing the settings as per your post Swiss, but still no joy . Lets see if a new battery makes a difference.

Has anyone experienced this before? My watch doesn?t want to download the exercise data into the PC. It keeps telling me ?No Answer form Wrist Unit? and the watch sometimes says ?Failed? on the display! It manages to download the watches settings and it tells me the number of exercise files on the watch but when you click the Exercise Files? button ?No Answer form Wrist Unit? is all I get. <?:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> It?s never done this before, and the watch is almost 2 years old. Im running the latest update of Polar Precision Performance SW ver. 4, and using the Polar USB IR device. Mine was comfy from the start! But isnt the Arione primarily a road saddle? and you are talking of using it for the Epic? rather go with a MTB saddle like the Aliante or the Gobi. they also feature the "wing flex" and are designed for mountian biking.

Ive stayed at my mates holiday house in Klein Brak a few times, and have cycled to to Mossel Bay on the old road. It wasnt too bad, not much traffic and the surface was pretty good. This was a few years ago, so things might have changed, but im sure its still cool. I know there are some good MTB trails around there, and normally also a race or two at this time of year. My mate is down there at the moment with mountain bikes, so if you want some guys to hook up with for a ride, PM me your number and ill try get them to contact you. Have a great time down there!

Same as Spinnekop.... I claimed for a Ksyrium rim through Cyclesure and they replaced it no questions asked!

Sorry Mampara, but my Barloworld and Lampre kit was dirty! And besides that Nike Disco kit is the most comfortable kit i own by far!
