As far as I could see is that Rovney slowed a bit and Brambilla either pulled or pushed on his saddle or rear. Rovney slapped his hand away and as Brambilla passed him and threw first punch. A hit harsh that Rovney was DQ. He should have been fined atleast as he was just defending himself.
