have you had it since November last year?? do you still get the chest pains as well?? I am doing the IM in 6 weeks!

Has anybody had this virus before? How long did you not train and what effect did it have on your fitness when you started training again??

Awesome idea but not very well organized - never even received the email and would have loved to do this!!

I ordered something in September last year, did not receive anything for a month but kept contact with the guys at CRC. They eventually replaced my package and send it with the tracking option with no extra cost....and i received it in a week. They ask that I send back the other package if it does ever show up, but it never did. SO NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM CRC WITHOUT TRACKING. Its worth it spending the extra R100.They should actually scrap that option to SA.

Inusc you would have had a very different experience if you did the 65km. What an awesome race with lots of single track!! Better race than Die Burger 60km BTW wine tasting for R20 and kebab for R10 is a not expensive - dont know where you taste wine and buy food. Cheers
