  4. Loic Bruni, Richie Rude, look out for brit Jono Jones. Dont think tiaan will be in the top 5 cant seem to put it together on the big stage
  5. Both my tracks are open/rideable. There is normally a group riding there just about every weekend. This past weekend there were 8 of us riding all day saturday.
  6. please dont, I wouldnt want you to hurt your wrists and ankles in the parking lot while offloading your bike
  7. You didnt want to be ripped off another R30 rand so you throw away R175, you are pissing into the wind bud, well done..
  8. im not saying its not difficult,im saying thats one of the reasons i want to go,to experience those rough trails, you dont get that in sa.
  9. Harden up,thats part of the experience to ride rough trails that you wouldn't ride back home, never thought Id hear someone moaning about rough trails where the hardest thing was sitting on a ski lift up,you are too spoilt for choice. Hit the gym and strengthen your hands.
  10. haha it got built for champery last year and then came to SA, its got 220 mm rotors haha
  11. Im in for next year bro, chatted to greg about it a bit, he says his mechanic Marshy lives in morzine so he could organise me free accom, and I have the bucks as I dont have to buy another dh rig next year
  12. Cascades PMB
  13. Haha yeah Cascades, that part jumping down a hill is on the WC dh
  14. A short vid of the filming we did up on vital of the Sukuma, taken by Lloyd Ramsay http://www.vitalmtb....ntotheone,14487
  15. Patches and peach both broken? Shame man that sux
  16. Hey guys, just looking for some tips on how to keep my camel bak bladder nice and clean/fresh. I have never used one before and to me theres always water left inside after washing it out,any of you guys know any secrets ?
  17. Sorry guys ive been away the last week and had to do some filming for Morewood ,I got my Sukuma last friday, its an amazing bike, the frame will retail for R18 000, I cant wait to get in some more riding on it. Will keep you posted
  18. Thats the biggest load of bs ever, Id find another bike shop because he has no idea what hes talking about
  19. That looks good, Im a bit taller at 1,93 I had my bike set up like gregs after he gave me some advice, got some spacers made up that go under the stem, and then just run longer bolts exactly like in the pic of his v10
  20. how tall are you thats what you need to think of first, for a short guy lower is always gonna be better, for a taller guy its totally different, too low and you'll constantly be over the bars. For me I personally believe the frame geometry plays a bigger roll in cornering than stack height does but I do understand the feeling of a lower center of gravity with a lower stack height
  21. I do feel bad for him,I understand how hard the wait is,but its not gonna change anything by complaining. He will get his frame before any SA guy. Except for these 2 that Rich Carter brought back. The one was meant to be his and the other was for Gary because Gary is riding Trans Provence and that is some huge exposure for the bike. Hang in there bro. Otherwise you will just have to do some snow rides? if thats even possible
  22. Hahahaha I will do bro, as soon as its built im heading out to Karkloof trails
  23. Dude the order is not coming from the pmb factory, and from what I know International orders are being taken care of before SA orders anyway so stop bitching and moaning, the frame is worth it. I made this thread to cover my bike build not for your negative comments about the brand
  24. Gary got the first production bike frame there is one more frame at the factory that I am hoping to get once all the photo shoots are done
