I've been making my own "stans" for many years. We checked it on an infrared scanner and it was a perfect match.
You'll need liquid latex. I get mine in PE from a company called Stapol.
Propolyne glycol you can order from any pharmacy
Distilled water
Maize meal
They have had this rule in place for a long time already. The Buffalo have been at the Rooi Hoek area for many years too. It is Kondomo by the way.
I had this in my right elbow. I got hold of an forearm clamp from a physio.. Plastic clamp with a strap. It supports the elbow and helps with the pain. I used to cycle with it on. Do all hard work with your other arm, like opening doors, picking up heavy things and avoid shaking hands with gym bunnies who tries to break your hand. You might have to pull wire with your other hand for a while. It took around 3 months to heal.
I you are planning to do heavy labour, like it appears you are, you will not get better.
So it seems a high protein diet is only safe after 65??

Meat, eggs and cheese are bad for you, a new study says. ~ Shutterstock
High protein diets such as Atkins, Dukan, South Beach, Miracle Metabolism and The Zone Diet have, for many years, extolled the benefits of diets low in carbohydrates. Claiming that healthy meals should rather contain higher amounts of protein and, in some cases such as the Tim Noakes diet or the Paleo diet, fat.
However, a new study published in Cell Metabolism claims to show that high levels of protein (from animal sources) can in fact have severe negative health consequences in the long term.
In particular, adherents of these diets are apparently up to four times more likely to develop cancer and diabetes than those eating smaller amounts of protein.
The authors go as far as to suggest that eating a lot of protein (e.g. a diet based on eggs, milk, meat and cheese) increases the risk of cancer almost as much as smoking 20 cigarettes a day
Beans better than meat
The report also points out that these harmful effects were almost entirely eliminated if this protein was sourced from vegetables such as beans, instead of meat and dairy.

The study, which focused on a representative group of 6 381 people aged over 50, aimed to address the lack of long-term studies of the protein-rich diets which have been the subject of renewed popularity in recent years.
The lead author of the study, Valter Longo, suggests that to prevent exposure to a high risk of diabetes and cancer, people shouldeat no more than 0.8g of protein per kilogram of body weight a day (equivalent to 48g for a 60kg person, and 64g for an 80kg person). Anything beyond this level is likely to increase the risk of illness.

In an interesting twist, however, this effect seemed to get reversed once an individual is over the age of 65. After passing this milestone, a high-protein diet was associated with improved health and a lower chance of developing serious illness.
Yes that day kinda spoiled the rest of the holidays.
I have the same pet hate too, especially late afternoon with the sun in your face.
When you are ready to transfer the seedlings to the veg patch the soil around the seedling must be a bit dry so that when you take it out the toilet roll most of the soil is still with the root if the soil is to wet the soil will just fall off the root and the roots will take time to resettle in the vegetable patch ans the plant sometimes goes into shock and dies or the plant will take longer to grow.
Why take the plant out the toilet roll? Leave it undisturbed and the carboard will break down quickly.
2 Black Burn carbon bottle cages at R500 each. Told the shop owner they will not hold the bottle. He said it would. Tossed them after loosing 3 bottles. Using R50 Lezyne cages now.
I wonder if it could be the same 2 guys from 2011. PE is a small place.
What? So that is three stabbings in PE. Whet is going on? I was just there the other day and thinking what a great town it is. A third attack sound likes the same opportunist gang/person. I hope the private investigation yields positive results
Kobus and Bruce = 2
Not 3.
My 705 refused to boot up a few times. I eventually removed the SD card and cleaned it before refitting it. Fixed the problem straight away.
Think he said PE.
either way whats the difference?
at one stage caffine was a banned substance. - something to think about...
1: It would reduce cramping. That was the OP's problem, remember?
2: Who cares?
Use creatine after your workout as part of recovery. Don't use it before.
You might spoil someones insurance upgrade to a S4.
The shimano small chainring does not last very long. I too had bad chain suck on my Momsen after 6 months and replaced the small chainring. Problem solved. Cheap fix too. This was XT though.
I missed Trans this year for the same reason. Went to the doc on Thursday and got given AB. I felt much better the next day but will wait until the course of AB's are done, before training.
I once did a XC race while on AB and ended up at the heart specialist. Not a lekker feeling at all. My motto is now, when sick, don't train!
I have never felt a difference when having those injections
Lucky you, it hurts my ass like hell!
And FYI the nurse I use is female!
I had shingles recently and now suffer a bit with restlessness at work. I got a script for Lyrica for the pain, which works on the central nervous system. These things are really great at making you feel better and more focused. I found a website where druggies are abusing it. Scary stuff!
Anyway, not a supplement so off topic.
Tell that to the guys here in Uitenhage. Bought a perpex plate 2 weeks ago. Besides, the metal plates are now aluminium so they will not handle much heat anyway.
I use those plastic plate holders and slide the correct one in there. I do forget sometimes.
Was thinking of glueing the two plates together, back to back. Then you can just turn them over. This way you cannot forget the correct one at home.
Take note that the perspec plates are cheaper than the alu ones when you are having a spare one made.
CFS = Cronic Fatigue Syndrome
The doc said I will know when it is ok to train. If I feel better, go for it. He also said that the virus will not affect other things, like the heart muscle etc like the flu virus does.
I was diagnosed with Shingles 3 weeks ago. Mostly on my forehead and hair area. Also had stabbing headaches.
Was put on potent anti-viral meds plus Mybulen and Lyrica (anti inflamatory).
I did a ride 2 weeks later. I took it easy and felt ok but not very strong. I have been taking it easy since.
I was warned that viral infections can lead to CFS if you don't rest enough during recovery. I still use Mybulen from time to time due to headaches.
Question: How soon will it be safe to increase my training load again?

LOL, I have only had porridge wheels due to sidewall cuts on light weight tyres since using this mix!
