Ja, I looked in the garage for old trucks that might need work just to try it out! Hahaha! Thanks! Alas, it only arrived at the shop on Friday, when I was already in Durbs...Then what do I see in the beachfront skate shop? the exact same board! Hahaha! Saw some other beauts in there too. Had to hide my credit card! Luckily, I had this board with me... Made the mistake of taking out the new board on wet roads this morning. Had a little lie-down on the tarmac...

I suppose, now that I have mentioned Rubes, I can post this...this was my welcome home on Saturday... Coming back from Durban always has me in all sorts of trouble. I always smell of other dogs...

Oh, no, I just can't...I am in a bit of a pickle as it is. My friend Natalie said that if I could make it to two years sober and through the boys emigrating, she would buy me a dog. So, I said at the time, I want a St Bernard. Always wanted one...Now as that landmark is approaching, I am supposed to get another Ruby!!!!! Nah, won't happen. The pack is sorta settled now. They are a handful as it is!
