  1. Lance was big into 29ers...
  2. You know that the man in Oprah's life did a bit of marketing for the apartheid government?
  3. We should mention at this juncture that Big Mig holds the record for the most consecutive Tour wins...
  4. Ja, but Big Mig's lungs were so big that they were considered a sovereign state. He didn't pass people in time trials. He inhaled them.
  5. Let's try be positive...Let's list cool things Lance did... - His famous downhill off-road excursion at the tour. - Hitting the protester into the snow at the ToC. - Gifting Basso a stage win to make his cancer-ridden mum happy. - Calling Walsh names. - The name of his other Twitter account. Anyone got any others?
  6. On Monday night, Ruby seemed worried that I would leave her again for a couple of days...
  7. This is a bit of a blast from the past... This is Spencer. He was the last of Tumbleweed and Alabama's pups to go to a home. Sharon was shocked by his behaviour when he saw he me on Friday night in Durbs. Normally he is all over people, but when he saw me, became timid and submitted to me!
  8. Too much of cute!!!!!!! I love Shrek's eye in the second pic!
  9. Scar still hasn't forgiven me...
  10. And he was hungry for it all. Dislike him as I do, he had drive. And balls. Okay, ball. Seriously, to stand uo and lie about stuff in public and get away with it for so long... And even when he was bust, to get away with such impunity. And still be loved. Lance is to cycling what Zuma is to...
  11. Andrew, I am not sure Jan had more talent. Said it before, Lance may have been doped to the gills, but he also had tons and tons of talent.
  12. From ambivalent to confused...?
  13. It is TUEsday...
  14. Ambivalent about Wiggo...I mean, he's a natty dresser and all, and has the odd pithy comment that'll earn a giggle. I guess you could fault his arrogance, but, to keep this vaguely on topic, British brashness is moderately (see what I did there?) less offensive than the Texan kind.
  15. That, disco biscuits and dancing till late... He also reportedly had a weakness for strudel. Sigh, cyclists are just not that interesting these days...
  16. The big German is what I would class a lovable doper. There are a number of dopers who fall into this category. Pantani would be another. Add your own... Lance was not one bit lovable.
  17. I once had a boss who was Janusz Walus's niece. She was unimpressed one day when I told her Teazers was looking for Pole dancers...
  18. Dwarf mud-wrestling.
  19. I couldn't care that he doped. I don't like him because he seems like a prick.
  20. There is a special place in Hell reserved for the pro peloton.
  21. To be a criminal, one only has to commit a crime. He committed plenty.
  22. A dog walk on a wet and windy beach...
  23. I love Maya. She's a funny pup...
  24. I've been going through a bit of a Dave Matthews phase...Everyday inspired me to do this on a rainy Saturday on the Berea... Left to right Up and down, love I push up love, love everyday Jump in the mud, oh Get your hands dirty with Love it up on everyday
  25. The only Marvel song that came to mind was "just call me angel of the morning..." But then again, that movie threw a couple of barbs at the Marvel comic universe...
