Hi all,
I am in search of results for the Rapport Toer/Tour that ran from 1973 to 2000. The most complete results I can find are simply the top 3, and with no time gaps or further details.
If you can help please get in touch!
Thanks
Does anyone know where one might view the results for the 947/Tough One double?
Why were we given two numbers? Do both need to be pinned on? Where?

Last year you had to have both - the faces board was your timing chip and the other was just a number board.
I was told specifically only the yellow board at collection this morning.

So the sms is fake or what? So confused 🫤
Any idea if I would be able to get an entry at this late stage? Are people allowed to sell their entries or what is the process?
TIA

Who would want a 29er carbon dual suspension frame. If you need that to go onto gravel, maybe you should stay on the tar.
So this didn’t age well haha
Oh right, thanks. Which dealer did you use?
How are getting? Not a dealer?
Available yet in SA?
Thanks!
SRAM bought Powertap, so you will have to try the SRAM agents Cape Cycle Systems https://www.capecycles.co.za/
Hi all, where can I get the end (battery) caps for PowerTap P1 pedals? Locally, of course.
TIA
Did anyone else notice that other riders very rarely, if ever, signalled for potholes etc? Or was it just my group?
From the link shared above:
"The event is limited with no more than 300 people (inclusive of event staff) and riders will be set off in batches of 50 and 15 minutes apart. No riders older than 60 are permitted to take part."
As per CSA directive for Level 2.
Ah, thanks man. Didn’t read ????
I wonder what size the field will be limited to.
Are you in?
Thanks Thomo.
No -only for Forerunner series watches :-(
So here is my dilemma. Tell me what you think/what you would do.
Current bike is Ultegra Di2 rim brake.
Bike I just bought has DA FD and RD (mechanical), Ultegra hydraulic disc brakes, FSA hollow carbon SL-K Light cranks.
Initial thought, as you know by now, was to get the Di2 onto the new bike. But now I'm thinking to just leave as is? What would you do? Di2 is so sweet..
Thanks guys. Understood.
I have two road bikes (don't ask!). One Ultegra Di2 rim brake and one a disc brake bike.
Besides the brake calipers (obvs), will I (LBS) be able to swop them around? I want the disc brake bike to have the Di2.
TIA
For triathlon. Needs to be quick release kit

Hi all, I am a historian writing on and researching the history of cycling in South Africa. I am looking for a book called "Basil Cohen: South Africa's Mr. Cycling".
Online searches have proven futile!
I believe Mr Cohen's family is still around, though my attempts to contact them have failed.
Thanks!
