  1. Yes - Definitely Cadence Nutrition.
  2. as long as I get your vote - Mark - i will be happy!!!!
  3. Sweatsafe rocks! I feel much safer on the road with it...and it is a real cool colour: RED!!!! Sweatsafe = safety = cool...stay alive, stay safe... sweatsafe!!!!!!
  4. If this is better than my SystemSix - I will be - not so happy because it means I will have to buy 2 of them! For all you sceptics out there! I don't work for Cannondale!!!!!!!!!
  5. you should be riding more and watching less TV...oh when you are on the road - dont forget Sweatsafe!
  6. Interesting to read the views of people who share the same dangers on the road as all of those involved in the sport of cycling... my concern is to find the best recognised form of identification... for those who question my point view, well you are most welcome to. this is a forum where you are entitled to express "your" point/points of views. It is exactly what I am doing and have done, it is "your" choice whether or not you subscribe to "my" point/points of view. My choice is Sweatsafe, you are more than welcome to chose something else...
  7. Very good - Please will contact Sean Sakinofsky from Cadence Nutrition regarding any product questions. info@cadencenutrition.com
  8. You have mentioned all very good products... which i have used... Like i said in my last reply it works for "me" this is a forum where we pass "our" opinions... if you get a tub or bottle of Cadence Nutritional products you will find what you are looking for. Re; Website... I am sure all companies have the right to upgrade r improve their website. Why don't you just email the info email address as i did, the guy is pretty good at getting back to you. what he suggests makes sense. I am sure Kevin Evans would not use Cadence's entire range if the quality and product was below standard. If you are "Gatvol" can I suggest looking at your diet... You are: a.) not getting enough carbs... too higher protein diet. b.) too much carbs and too little protein...which means you are more than likely ( remember I am just making suggestion ) lacking in an essential amino acid called tryptophan, which plays a very important role in helping your brain produce serotonin - "your feel good hormone." if you believe your diet is fine, i suggest you go down to your local health store and aquire 1 or all of the following products: Omega 3 - fish oils Tryptophan 5 - HTP Sceletium GABA Kava - if you can get it Glutamine Taurine and a good whey based protein shake! All you can take lots of Optygen by 1st Endurance it has a nutrient called rhodiola rosea, which is not just VO2 adaptogen but originally used a "good mood" stimulant! If you try one or all of these products I am sure you will feel a lot less "gatvol" and realise that each to "his/her" own.
  9. Cadence Nutrition is soley for cycling - rumour has it that their product for VO2 Max is going to knock the socks off 1st Endurance Optygen. I know 1st Endurance very well, good products...however it is over priced and the products that I have used from Cadence work "the best" for me.... Also I want a product that focuses on my sport only.... That is Cycling...not running, or any other endurance sports... I think the concept rocks, but each to his/her own....
  10. Cadence Nutrition has another awesome product that is called "Wattage Booster" - Red Blood Cell and Strength Formulation.... All natural, all good, safe, healthy and legal!!!!
  11. It also has nutrients that helps support VO2 Max, helps reduce inflammation of the joints, interesting some of the nutrients also reduce pre - race nerves and stress... ++++++ other very interesting nutrients The product is really unique, nothing else out there that has what Revolution has... see for youself
  12. Awesome!
  13. Cadence Nutrition makes sense as their focus is on boosting the immune system as well as the performance of cyclists, they also "only" focus on one sport unlike other sport nutritional labels out there.
  14. There are three (3) sweatsafe options: sweatsafe100 - hospital cover + id and admin sweatsafe50 - hospital cover + id and admin sweatsafeID - id and admin ( This one I suggest you get ) However, if you are happy with your "piece of paper" then by all means stay with your paper. All I can say is that "I" will be far more confident using sweatsafe in conjunction with my M/aid than relying on folded pieces of paper. Each to his/her own. have a nice day.
  15. Sounds like you need Sweatsafe... www.sweatsafe.co.za get it today... don't delay!
  16. Err... lets think little pieces of paper...mtn biking = mud, dirt - water...mmm I don't think it will last in that enviroment... mmm riding in the rain...water, don't think it is going to last either...thhen there is the ever present possibilty of having an open wound with lots of blood...quite frankly relying on a piece of paper is a gamble...I am not a gambing type of guy...so Sweatsafe is for me with my M/aid...It is al about ID!!!!
  17. Good point - however, exactly that... How can you be identified if you do not have Sweatsafe and you are knocked unconsious. I would want them to know who I am so they can contact my next of kin, also they can verify if you have m/aid or insurance...There is never a fool proof system, but this is the closest thing to date!
  18. Awesome...
  19. if all else fails there is a call centre number: 0861 723324 they'll know! look if it covers me on the bike I am happy.... Sweatsafe really makes sense. I won't want to ride with someone who does not have it because they are ultimately my responsibility... If they crash, who do you call????
  20. That makes sense...
  21. I think so...but why not check the link it has to display all the nasty fine print...but I think so! It covers you for all accidents not just cycling! It is brilliant.
  22. It also makes sense IF ALL cyclists have it, and becomes a standard piece of equipement like the helmet. If all cyclists adopt it, it will make the system of Sweatsafe known throughout cycling in SA. Also we will all know each other when it really matters via it's unique PIN. Forget medical aid, medical aid does not work if they don't know who you are! Sweatsafe works...in conjunction with M/aid if you have one...
  23. Will if you have one - it must be the "real deal", like I have just mentioned in my last reply... just requested one online - very simple process. Thanks for the advice, good to finally chat with you.
  24. Ok... I have requested mine.... I think every cyclist should have one! ER24 SweatSAFE is for all active sportspeople. In particular, Cyclists, Runners, Paddlers and outdoor enthusiasts need SweatSAFE.http://www.sweatsafe.co.za/Images/ER24ID/SweatBandSmall.gif ER24 SweatSAFE incorporates the popular ER24 SweatBAND, which was developed in conjunction with sportsbodies to ensure effective identification while ?sweating? and rapid, hasslefree access to private emergency and hospital services The ER24 SweatBAND is rapidly becoming the identification standard for protecting active sportspeople.
  25. Are you "the" Sean Badenhorst the Bicycling Editor...
