Teak definetly more difficult than groenkloof. Van Gaalens is great along the river and good climbing up to the Greek Church or past the pig farm. You will definetly enjoy both places

Guys did my first race Jacaranda on Saturday 4hr14 and got my seeding for 94.7. RR 09H14 start would this be correct

BGS try Linden Cycles they all know what they are talking about. You will also get bettter prices there Cajees look good as they price there bikes high and then give the discount(talking from experience). Phone around in future you will get better prices and more variety. Linden or Northcliff do good services or Fritz Pienaar in Sunninghill.

Thanks Thor ever heard of anyone having thyroid problems as I have had blood tests as a result of hitting a brick wall. My thyroid count is low and overactive leaving me short of breath contributing to me going backwards.

Chris route two probably 21kms and route 3 probably about 31kms. Nice new section down by the river a bit like Van Gaalens.

I am new to MTB and did the 50km Sun City no problem at all felt great afterwards. I was doing three spinning classes a week 45 min and 90 min no problem. The last 3 weeks I have gone backwards and could barely manage 45 min spinning yesterday. Should I be taking supplements? Any help would be appeciated.

Yeah Sidi are really narrow. My feet kill me when doing technical stuff on the MTB but are not so bad on the flatter stuff. Got ortho's but made it worse charged me R1 800 and made it worse. I tend to point my feet inward as I stand on the outer part of my feet this tends to help. Good Luck its a killer.
