Piet I use Concor and have been using it for the last 10 years. One pill every morning. It is a beta blocker so speak to your doctor about that. This means that it slows your heart rate down. I pop it befor I go cycling and dont have any problems. If your docto recommende BP pills you could pop one after you cycle. No side effects

Am I missing something with tubeles. Did 35 km at Northern Farms on Sunday as I came out of the river section I hit a rock and cut in the sidewall. Carried my bike 5km back to the clubhouse. Tried to glue the tyre and then put the powder in, Pumped with a bomb but leaked out. The slime had stuck the tire to the rim no way I could get a tube in. Took my bike to Linden for new tyre R700 odd rand. When I had tubes just replaced and off I went. Any advice please?

Loks like cycle lab past the buck in the first place. They said take it to Thule. Thule could not sort t out. You took it back to CL where they made a plan. They should have made a plan in the first place. CL should not take it for granted that Thule will sort it out.

I have the Thule roofracks on my BMW have had them for about 5 years now. i drive from Fourways to Kempton everyday can hardly notice any sound. The problem is when you open your sunroof. Thule has also made a more aerodynamic rack now that reduces noise and lag. Designed similiar to an aeroplane wing. Hope this helps

Linden Cycles has the GT Zaskar elite at that price small. They also have the Merida 900 at below 12 k probably medium also the scott. I was there on Saturday bought my misses merida full xt hardtail 9r for 14 k last one

Try the spinning classes firstly the babes are great. Try different instructors as some of them havent got a clue. You see by the classes, the classes that are full normally have good instructors. You will soon establish who is good and who is not so base your routine around that.

Hey River Rat, Called Induna they say 15km is the longest but we can combine the trails. Staying at Sabie River bungalows so will probably ride from there do a couple of trails at Induna and then ride back. I think the farmers must have opened there land for you guys. Either that or go to Sabie.

Chris I have the HFS 1000 and it is a great ride for the R400 more rather take the Lite as the little less kgs will help. Good Luck and enjoy.
