What time does the LIDO group leave in the mornings and weekend? When ever I get there it is deserted?

Goodday All, what time does the Lido group leave on a saturday and sunday morning from the big fourway intersection?

What's up with bela bela start groups. Is there licenced and open or just age groups.

all the moaning aside what can the normal cycling do about the csa. protest, will anything make them catch a wake up. all catagory riders should ride in the open groups until the people responsible resign, but something like that will only put pressure on the race organisers and not csa? something needs to be done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

who cares about the low end bike, she aint going to do much in those shoes no matter what bike she has. just take the bike and shoes away and then its a good pic.

Next I tried to call the emergency number printed on my race number, to get some directions and perhaps air some of my views. No answer. Twice. No call returned. Ever. this i agree with, one of my team mates fell (about 20min into the race) and was unconsious, i tried to phone that emergency number a few times and no one answered, only when a car stopped they phoned the race organisers to send help.which pitched up about 30min after the accident. not everyone has the organisers number. and if it is emergency number someone should answer the phone.

you should only have one cycling vest, safe cycling vest over your normal kit.

you would think that would be the norm, saturday lido group guy goes down hard, group keeps going like nothing happened, only the four people behind him stopped to help. i know there are bike marshalls, but at least stop to see if the guy is ok, its not a race.

contador could not wait for schleck, 3rd and 4th place were also there, so if contador waited (the problem could have been more serious and a longer delay, who knows) and 3rd and 4th got away, they could have maybe overtaken contador in the standings, normally the chain just pops back on if you move the shifters back, who knew schleck would have to get off his bike twice to sort it out, so they all should have slowed, not just contador, i dont hear anyone dissing monroe or sanchez, and they were doing all the work getting the gap. so schleck must stop mopping, it was just bad luck and do some attacking. this is a race after all and **** happens.
