Im glad you arnt doing the run. You are going to need all your energy for that 70 km. I promice its going to be worth skipping the run.

Hi Peeps The Cycle World EDEN Classic online entries are open on www.cyclingsa.com till 2 September. First 150 entrants recieve race packs. It will be our first time doing the Eden. There is a new and exiting route. Im very exited and I think this will be the ultimate race. Ofcourse as per AfriCycle tradition we try and cater for each and every one, and added our own exiting twist to this event. Make sure to enter fast to get your race pack. Looking forward to an amazing day...

The 35km is not that technical. The whole route is completely ridable. Some times a bit tough. So you might have to walk 5 or 10 steps. But nothing to cry about.

10km for the kiddies. Should be easy enough

This is the first time that AfriCycleTours will be in charge of the Eden. The new route is great and exiting. Should be pretty difficult to get lost. The first 25-30km is the toughest. There is a New mountain to get over that replaces the Concrete climb. We also have a nice flowing but super sweet part through the plantation/bush. And its really hard to get lost. Everyone will enjoy this. For the man with the 29" ridged bike. I would suggest to use the 26". Its only 70 km but its tough on the body. And some of the downhill sections might not go down so easy without a shock. I am very exited to see every one there. Its going to be a tough but satisfying day in the saddle.
