I'm trying my best to bring the Euro Feel of cycling to SA. If you want. Let me know if you have a venue. then i might come and check it out when i'm in JHB again. Would not mind hosting such an event for you guys.

Yeah. sorry for charging R20, but i am running this initiative on my own. Yes it includes the service vehicle on the road as well as bike marshals + the Coffee. Its a new thing. So if i can pull a sponsor then I will obviously cut the cost. Cycling in Bloem is on the grow. and i would like to keep it safe for all.

Cycle World Night Race Series: 4 Part series Round 1- 19 Sep, Round 2 – 26 Sep, Round 3 – 10 Okt, Round 4 – 17 Okt Categories: This is just a reverence, organizers will place riders according to skill level. A – (Elite,0/23,Junior men, Masters 30+) B – (Masters 40+,0/16 boys,0/14boys, All ladies) C – (All other age groups & MTB riders) D – (Students) Race information: A – 30min + 1 lap B – 25min + 1 lap C – 15min +1 lap D – 15min+1lap Prize Money up till 10th place in each category every night of competition. Series Winners will receive: Prize Money: A – 1st = R500 B – 1St = R350 C – 1st = R250 2nd = R300 2nd = R200 2nd = R100 3rd = R200 3rd = R100 3rd = R50 Hostel with the most riders taking part over the course of the whole series will win R1000 Entries for the Series will be: R40 per race R120 for the Series Package (all 4 Races) Kiddies will be able to ride in the C category( Parents may ride with there kids) Food Stalls will be available for supper. Visa's and Flights are not part of the package, but will coordinate Visa application dates and flight bookings. Package consists of: 40 Day Tour Meals (2x a day, Lunch,Supper) Accomodation(Room, Electricity, Water, Internet) Transport (Team Bus) when needed Race Entries (15 Races- classics) Staff (Management, Mechanic, Chef, Massage x after racing) Day Trip to the Tour De France 2012 Total Cost: 2000 Euro Final date to confirm your spot and to pay deposit is 30 March 2012 Only 12 Spots available Any supporters are welcome to join, Race Entries will be deducted from your package.
