After having sold and bought many items on thehub without a single problem. I am quite bleak at how ethics have dipped. Iv been trying to sell a bike and yes is slightly pricey but it is honestly basically brand new and I am still negotiable. I'm also completely willing for any buyer to come a view said bike no problem, even willing to come out closer to wherever they are. It is due to the ethics of a few "buyers" and more recently my own lack of enthusiasm that I still sit with said bike and my advert looking like a dud as it's been around too long. Had I been slightly unethical and sold it to number 2 in the queue it would probably be gone but I tried to do the honourble thing. Yet I'm still sat with the bike.

To be fair. You can't expect them to take all suggestions into account on their first try. They had to learn from their mistakes. Plus how close was it to race day? I'm sure a certain amount of humble pie has been eaten since last year. And we have time on our side to make suggestions to them. If enough people are willing I'm sure we could organize a gathering to give input.

Instead of complaining about the race. Why don't you contact the organizers with suggestions instead? I happen to know they are riders actually. Not as experienced as many on here but they do want to improve and highlight the sport and the areas in which we play. I know for a fact that they would take considerations into account. So be constructive. Not just armchair critics who think they know more than anyone else.

There is a lack of care and concern. They fitted a wrong part which was more expensive and instead of admitting their fault and sorting me out, they just didn't care. It took an outside rep who happened to be in the store that sorted my problem out. They didn't take ownership of the problem they created.

I didn't have the option. They were the only bike store in a nearby radius that had the part I was looking for. They then proceeded to install the wrong part for a lot more money only for it to go bang. Will never go back. Cheap or not.

They may be well stocked up and always willing to do a deal. But they have the worst service and an atrocious workshop. Not the first time iv been let down by them.

I was looking FR-315 road from Flyxii? Know anyone who has one and if its strong? Im new to this so very apprehensive?
