Thanks for the head sup Zeee contacted Polar and send it off to them. They say they will replace free of charge if it's a defect or R85 otherwise.

Thanks again for the help. The same happened to mine IanC the two side ones broke. I have the service card so I will complete it and sent it off to Polar together with proof of purchase.

Thanks for the info guys. I bought it from Sportmans warehouse and it's still under guarantee. I wonder if it would be best to phone IHF and rather send it via speed post my self than to rely on Sportmans to send it away and then perhaps having to wait longer.

Two of the plastic mount thingies on the back of my CS200 HRM broke off and now of course it does not secure to the mount anymore. Anyone know if Polar would be able to replace the back black casing where the mounting are and what the procedure is for sending the unit? Do I send it with speed services and the adress?

Must agree if every supplier was as efficient and professional as MR LOOK we would not have any issues regarding guarantee and after sale service. Sorted out my lbs regarding the recall on some of the Keo carbon axles was a hassle free experience. PS: After all that sucking up can I have my new LOOK XL frame please

Would have loved to do the 160km road race as preparation for the herald this weekend ,but work pay my bills at the end of the month I work shifts (-: I will definitely look to give it a go next year or get another job that allows me to ride weekends. That said I remember doing a marathon at the Biltong festival a couple of years back and almost died of the heat

Heard it was a well organized event. A fellow hubber Azonic and his wife rode the 3 day MTB stage as well as the road race maybe they could give you some feedback.

Must admit ex Springbok rider and cycle shop owner Wayne Pheiffer rides a set of Corima's and to catch him is very hard :-)
