    I thought when going through some sections, that today will be bottlenecks galore! But still a great event and yeah, that Bothma's kop climb was insane, I was sooo thankfull my new bike is 2x10 with a 24T small ring and a 11-36 Casette, if it was not for that I wouldve probably had to get off and push.

    Thx, I'm really enjoying the Rocky, descents like mad and climbs pretty well too, can't wait to try its first race at Origin of Trails this weekend

    I love the climbs and the single tracks are amazing! So glad we didn't come across any snakes, I have a phobia of note :/ I think it was so hot Saturday with the Garmins clocking 38deg, that even the snakes were in hiding...

    Now that is lack of commitment,..jokes lol! I was there at 5:40 this morning and it was already open, but even if its closed, the security guard won't have issues to open for you. Let me know if you want to join me one morning, I usually leave from Goedemoed at 5:35 and enter Meerendal just before 6am, do Full loop and try be back home at 7am
