  2. Hi Guys

    Thanks to Melanie Walker of Big Rumble' date=' I have been 'given' space at this years expo to create awareness and to raise funds.

    So when collecting your number come to stand 65 next to Shimano and say Hello!!!!

    Been there - met the guy behind the signs - made the donation!

    Great job Shaun!
  3. Best wishes to all fellow hubbers for a successful (and safe) 94.7

    (be it on the bike' date=' as a spectator, or as a working participant).

    Would liked to have sent this on Friday, but as I'll be in the office tomorrow and Friday (on business it must be said), have to say my say now...

  4. I would like to know for how long does 'slime' (the green stuff) stay active in tubes?

    and

    If the wheels were stationary for some time (even months), would the slime still work, or what actions should be taken?

  7. Night eating.

    <?:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

    Get some Whey protein and fat free milk mix and store in the freezer' date=' when you wake up to snake have a shake. Or take a Whey protein shake before bed then you shouldn?t wake up to eat, having a good uninterrupted night rest is just as important as training.

    Just my 2c

    Maar smaak dit so lekker soos 'n peanut butter & stroop toebie??
  8. I got the nick name ?Stoom Trein? after this weekend?s race' date=' I thought it was because I just kept on going and going at a steady pace, now I know it is because I carry all that weight up the mountains.

    <?:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

    I thought I was just above average at 92kg 1.86m, now I know I?m also in the Industrial class.

    [/quote']

    As 'n stoomtrein eers op spoed is, stop niks hom nie (nie eers die Nola se winde nie)

    Ek, my fiets, my kit en vol waterbottels weeg minder as jy, en jy skop steeds stof in my o? op die hillsConfused RESPECT!

    1.78

    71kg

    11% b/fat
