I know that yopu have asked what energy bar to eat but I'd like to say that what really works for me is Christmas cake. I cut it into small pieces and wrap in tin-foil. 5 min after I eat it I feel like I have a new pair of legs! Try it for yourself!

This happened to my Girlfriend at Harkerville, Knysna. Shame, she got off and pushed and eventually sat down and said that mountain biking was not for her, shame she really battled for the next 8 km. It's not pretty.
I had all intentions of going to GK today but awoke to faily heavy rain. Now after eating a roast chicken for lunch it seems to have stopped raining...not sure if I feel like burning it off in the mud this afternoon.
My Silverback Phoenix 2010 model was forcefully stolen from my locked garage in a complex in Centurion. Take note that an average roller garage door is very easily opened by only a twist of a screwdriver in the keyhole. I suggest locking the bike to a u-bolt or something inside the garage as well. Please look out for this black and white Silverback Phoenix 2010 model. Pls post on here should you see one for sale or perhaps being ridden by someone. I'm very upset about this, I only had the bike a month!
