This is still the watch I want. Tissot prc200, not the latest model but the previous one

I read this sentence “You are not allowed to ride back so you never know what could have gone wrong,” said Sauser. why aren't you allowed to go back? I can understand if it's a tight single track and you can cause a head on accident but if the road is open why can't you back. Not saying it's wrong but can't think why not?

I'm also really trying hard to find a discontinued model of Tissot. It's the mens Tissot PRC200 and the code is T17.1.516.32 The model with the white face and brown leather strap. If anyone know where I can get one or where I can look please let me know, I'd be very grateful.
