The person who is removing bolts from your disc is an idiot. would you drive your car on the highway with half the wheel nuts? If you would... then sure taking disc bolts out is a great way to save weight. Its stupid and dangerous. Put ALL your disk bolts back in. rather buy carbon handle bars or a new wheel set.
