  2. Also, please can someone suggest a good, safe location offering a great view of the city?
  3. Please tell me where this is?
  4. Hi Everyone, My company just launched a forum that we're beta testing. We're certainly not trying to steal members from here, but who better to test a forum and give useful feedback than you guys. If you're interested, you can sign up here: http://www.puristcoffee.com/index.php?option=com_rsform&view=rsform&formId=8 Thanks so much!
  5. Have also noticed them closing down. Can't say I'm surprised though. Coffee was terrible!
  6. Hey guys, Looking for a second hand 50mm 1.8 AF lens. Any ideas or options? I have a Nikon D3100 so anything compatible will be good. Luke.
  7. I don't have any single origins on offer at the moment I'm afraid.
  8. Thanks for pointing that out Ryanpmb. I must update the image!
  9. Hi Everyone, I just wanted to let you all know about my business that I started some time ago. Perhaps some of you would be interested. I started seriously brewing and roasting my own coffee in 2012 and founded then Purist Coffee in 2013. Over time, I have developed what I feel are the perfect blends, roasted fresh for each order. We, as a supplier, source our beans from Tanzania and Columbia, blend them in the perfect ratios, and then roast them to bring out the best they have to offer. We package both whole roasted beans and ground coffee with two options to choose from (Filter or Espresso). I'm sure we have the blend that is sure to suit the brew method you love most. Orders can be placed via email (hello@puristcoffee.com), or online via our website (www.puristcoffee.com).
  10. What region are they from?
  11. Looks like fun, Aren't those contraptions quite pricey though?
  12. I'll be there one of these days.
  13. I can't imagine you would have to adjust your grind other than you would perhaps on a colder or humid day. I am keen on getting one so it would be cool to see what you discover.
  14. Yesterday I got a Severin Grinder for Aeropress and V60 brewing because I was getting tired of using the hand grinder. It doesn't grind fine enough for espresso but it's really great and fast for manual brewing methods. Got it for R1300 from Cape Coffee Beans. I think it needs some beans to pass through it before it gets consistent though.
