Man this bunch was frustrating, I tried to force the group to pick up the pace by breaking away at the end of the Ventersdorp rode, just before the cradle entry...only one guy tried to bridge albeit a bit late. Hmmm, good idea - should have thought of that. I'll be staying near Camps Bay so was thinking Suikerbossie/Chappies/ Hout bay area but I don't mind I'm easy can pretty much go where anywhere.

hey Gents, I tested my new Garmin Edge 800 today, I'm 30yrs old and set my MHR to 190. weird thing is I hit 205 on my 1st hill while still early in the ride (<10k) - should I be worried???
