  1. I have the photochromic lenses as well...best for both worlds. Wouldn't go for the laser orange...look funky but not practical for single areas with lots of light changes

  7. no experience but with the polar you get the best HR monitor available and the other goodies/functions...with the garmin you get the best GPS available together with the other goodies/functions. There has been a similar discussion before about GARMIN vs POLAR
  8. after every wet ride I clean the chain and lube it again...I stay in mosselbay so the salt air is always present. ride with a 105 chain and have never had any corrosion problems....if you are staying at the coast i suggest you clean it more regularly than inland and get a good lube...don't skimp on paying for a good lube.

  20. if you are buying try and get the entry level polar....best value for money!!! you need something as accurate as possible. no use buying crap for a few rand less.
  21. only thing about those snowy seats is going to sit on them after they have been standing outside in the snow.
