I'm doing a 20 km time trial. do you set yourself a average speed before trial and try to keep to that and push hard in last km? or do you work with heart rate monitor and ignore average speed? your advice please.

sidi is a great shoe and fits me like a glove, but for me the inner sole is to thin, bought a pair of green cross inners and it feels much better now. i had diadora and olympics before, and although the olympics do not have the "name", its not a bad shoe at all.

miskien kan J B hier help , op my nuwe fiets het ek mavic aksiums rims met die plat speke. as ek nou vinnig ry(kan net vinnig as ek afdraande ry) en daar is n dwars wind, dan voel dit asof ek meer die wind voel en voor wiel meer onstabiel is. ek gebruik dieselfde bande(continental gator skin) kan die plat speke n effek he? of verbeel ek my net?
