hi guys and girls. need some advice on training. ive just started riding 2 months ago and dont get much time to train when its still daylight and was just wondering if its worth me getting a spinning bike and training with that everyday..... do you guys think its worth it? if so what bikes should i look for and where do i look for them? thanks guys!!!
