  1. A real dietician will do the talking. But as for my personal opinion, all you need is carbohydrate rich foods so that you'll have energy source and your body will have something to burn while biking.
  2. That is indeed a fantastic link. It kept me reading for hours. I love how the chart showed the changes that bicycles have undergone. The bikes that we have now are definitely better. It made me appreciate every part of my bike.
