    Did you get the Token tool to install this BB, notice that in some cases you have to buy a specific tool for i guess the tread on their BB's.

    In re to your Back pain ...if there is NO evidence of Structural issues ....then the Pain is there to tell you something...normally relates to HUGH stress in your life of past issues not dealt with ....Read Dr Sarno (Healing back Pain)...unfortunately the whole medical system is based upon Newton...the world of Matter .....there is another World of Einstein ....the world of energy ...the two are intertwined.

    jip , Marino is spectacular but day 1 with off camber single track littered with Rocks and the "Quad" wide single track in the beginning with step-ups takes so much energy out of you , 3rd day has lots of sand sections too . Tankwa must definitely rank as one of the top 3 technical 3 day stages races in SA.

    go out east with Lynnwood road past the boschkop turn....that road starts climbing gently until the T Junction ....

    the 2017 Scalpel 1 retailed for around R100k but i know the 2018 models are actually cheaper. i would go for 2018 Scapel 1 .

    I know there is a group that meets at the BP in ballito on weekends for Road, not sure about during the week. I am about 30mins away and will join the group on certain days , i will also go to Holla trails for some MTB.

    Hi Guys, I have bought new shoes and have to install new cleats .     AB OVAL wont fit.....had the same issue....get a garbaruk 34 oval.....the design of their oval allows for less offset the bigger the ring.

    just do 3 Towers .....by far the best value.....and the trails are NOT manicured
