What speed or level of intensenes do you guys ride at? I'm not that fit but should be able to do it if it's not a mal sprint for 3 hrs...

The place that I'm refering to is a place where people go to walk their dogs in or near muldersdrift. There is a bar, resturant and lots of people so its safe. I do some bass fishing there and its safe for us to walk around and fish without worrying about whats in the bushes. Im looking for similar places but with trails, so I can go ride while my girlfriend reads and I dont have to worry about her while I am riding.

The spectra is a really good looking bike! Its a pitty you had to let it go. I got myself a ventura, it's also freakin awsome! Heed I have no idea what it costs. The dude I bought my bike from was willing to give it to me for R8500 but he had it on special... P.s my ventura is XL and it wieghs 12.5kgs.

Hi. Do you stay in JHB? Have you taken your dog for a walk at Walkhaven? I'm looking for a place similar to walkhaven except that it has trails to ride instead of thrails to walk your dog. My problem is that my girlfriend does not ride but wants to join me as she likes the outdoors aswell. I'm looking for a place where she can safely chill while I'm riding. Almost like walkhaven. Funny enough the front pin is loose and the rear is tight, and its the front that is giving me issues.

The overnight thing ahs actually helped a little. It has been like that since new. I got the bike with those pins...

Hi. My brake pad is constantly rubbing against the disk and is slowing down the wheel quite a lot. I have loosened the wheel, spinned it, pulled the brake and re-tightend the wheel. I have also losened the pad, spinned it and pulled the brake and tightend it. Both methods did not work. The disk is not warped. Have you guys (or girls) got any other ideas? Thank you in advance.

P.s The Ventura has better brakes, shock and rims if I'm not mistaken also it has sealed hubs and bearings so mud is no issue and it needs less maintinence.

I have a Silverback Ventura XL it weighs 12.5kg stock standerd. http://www.silverbacklab.com/2011/ventura.jpg I got it for R6500 from finishline cycles. If you want something that looks good go for the new momsen 29er carbon. My girlfriend has to pull me away from the bikeshop window each time we walk by.... Silverback is RAD get over yourself and get one!
