Hi guys, I rode this last year for the first Time... bonked at the 60km mark... the rest is a blur..4h30 ... based on my ride time of 3h20 at carousel in that tsunami... what time can I hope for at lost city?

Yes it is a power meter (Power 2Max) ... got feedback to try lowering the deraileur so its closer to the blades. Will try on Monday or something

Well done, I started B and got dropped on the climb as well...100kgs is hard to carry(urgghhh).. B bunch start but got support from C bunch collecting straglers too. 3h22 ... I'm happy with that though. Good work bud !

Hi, I have a scott foil 15 with ultegra Di2(electronic) groupset Have a rotor power crank on... but cant get the front deraileur settings right. Chain either falls off... or when adjusted struggles to switch to the big blade. It was perfect on the original Ultegra cranks. FSA chainrings on at the moment... Any suggestions other than put the ultegra crank back?

reminds me of bela bela... bunch faded me away at the incline just before the turnaround... after i worked like an animal for them(very rude to blow me off, but well done). 14th place finish ...my best ever so happy non the less. Will ride a lot smarter this time around. Legs! Dont fail me on that 7%

So how hectic are the halfway bumps? And how long are they... 10% for 5km's will have me walking (lol)
