  1. I had a look at the pumps at Cyclelab today, they are very generic, the gauge is designed for a much higher pressure (9-11 bar) so the different between 1 bar and 2 bar is nearly impossible to see since it is really at the low end of their scale. Since it so low pressure I'm going to get a gauge from midas and just use the hand pump. G
  2. I moved it closer on Sunday, not working. sure as hell take it to Cycle Lab today, they move it another 1mm, and guess what, no prizes for this, ye sure it works. G
  3. hi guys Need some advise, My fiancé had a to peak 130 on her bike, 2 weeks ago the handle bar bracket got broken, replace it, today when we went riding the computer was not displaying any data, not starting up, just staying in watch mode. the distance between the magnet and sensor is under 1 cm. G
  4. Hi there Do you have a picture of what your planning. G
  5. Hi guys, Hee haa, just received my unit. ok, no how do I fit the GSC10. I'm thinking it should go on the left, rear horizontal bar. quite forward so that the sensor can both reach the pedal for cadiance and far enough to pick up the magnet fitted to the spokes. Makes most sense to be on top of the bar. but my cables are there. Does anyone have a unit fitted to a Merida or likewise that can send me a picture of how you made it work? As I understand the unit it can give speed purely on the GPS unit, the magnet in spokes is extra. Thanks.
  6. Ag no man, I'the happiest I've ever been, she is perfect. Neither of us are big, both ride 16 inch frames. G
  7. Hi there was thinking of loosening the bars, but did not like the idea, but the dropping of the saddles, with the quick release might just be the think, thanks. G
  8. Hi there Thule 2 bike, as per link. http://www.cyclelab.com/products/THULE%20XPRESS%202%20BIKE.aspx At the moment i'm doing one to left and one to right, can't offset really since the with of the bars pretty much match the with of the horizontal stem, Facing same direction the bars bump into each other. Same bike=same lengths, everything is at the same place, even if they face different directions, the bars hit the vertical stem of the seat. Best would actually be different heights. Same design, just make the arms go up from the vertical post, and then use different rubber saddles for front and back bike that further lifts the the one. G
  9. Hi all Sad, got my self a 2 bike carrier, just to discover it won't carry 2 bikes of the same make/model. The bikes are carried at the same hight. and which ever way round they are they stick into each other. Will be looking at getting a different carrier, and pass this one on. G

  15. I just want to share, Thanks to Teboho and Dean, great service over the last couple of weeks putting my bike together, Originally bought a Merida 1-20 500D, 16 inch, then bought a second one, this was a 18 inch for my fiance. Found the 18 was to big for her so gave her my 16 inch, and arranged with Dean to trade the 18 inch in for a 1-20 800D, problem Merida did not have any stock, basically agreed to keep the frame, as it is exactly the same frame, just the Shemano bits are different, and the shocks. WE build it up and received it today, me happpy chappy. We battled a bit to get everything, and well prob also me to make my mind up as far as what I want, but they stayed patient with me. great job guys. G
