I am embarrassed on one hand to admit its a more permanent thing but there is a good reason if I may clarify? Cant wake up and function properly the morning after and do so love my cycling that I would rather not go big and be in sound mind to wake up early and enjoy what the day has to offer? Make sense? But may I add as a footnote that sometimes this theory falls by the wayside....???
