Believe it or not... tying my hair up before a cycle 2 weeks ago... felt it go and neck pulled all spastic.. but I went to ride anyway.... needless to say it was teh worst thing and neck locked up pretty bad... still got shoulder/neck muscles that feel like guitar strings hence the headache... do you know how much pain a physio can exert on you? I suppose doing a night ride in this state was not wise? What dogs are up for adoption? I wish I could take on more but I simply cant at the moment.....? Full time adopt or temp adoption?

May I say shyly that it is because I can ride my bike this weekend.... ? Nursing a neck issue and still having a headache for 10 days is no joke..... so have resorted to much meds and hopelessly excited to get out on the trails? PS.. do you really sometimes wanna kill your dogs? PLease call me before the urge happens again? I will rescue them....

Can I tell you that chicken necks done in oven with salt and chicken spice, then tossed into a peri peri buffalo wing sauce makes the TASTIEST snack out??? Oooh nyom nyom!!

I made a wicked pud the other day... chocolate fudge brownies swirled with baked cheesecake....I did have a taster of this and it was damn good! Next thing on my list is a triple chocolate kahlua cheesecake...... eish... suddenly had this urge to bake... and I barely eat desserts!! PS.. That menu sounds droolishly good!
