I think it would help if there are no people stopping dead in front of you(happend with me), you are going very nicely then the guy in front of you decides to get of in the middle of the track. What works for me is to stay away from that front brakes.

I have a Myo Xp headlight from Petzl and are very happy with it, but more light are always better.I see the new Xp are out and they claim its 3x brighter.But with a budget already in red(thanks to interest rates & petrol) i cant upgrade to the the new one.
